Following table lists the workflows being used in this integration

Workflow Name	Purpose
OFS Employee Workflow	Syncing Employee data from Siebel to OFS
OFS Service Region ZIP code Sync Workflow	Syncing Service Region Zip Code data from Siebel to OFS
OFS Shift Exception Sync Workflow	Invoked for any update in Shift Exceptions/Exception Hours aka Holiday List. We are sending only Exception as incremental update of Shift (Schedule)/Shift Hours is not supported in this release
