Viewing Oracle FLEXCUBE Universal Banking Contact Mandates

Users can view the list of mandates associated with a contact using the Contact - Mandates view.

To view universal banking contact mandates

1. Navigate to the Contacts screen, then Contacts List view.

2. In the Contacts list, drill down on the desired contact.

3. Click the Mandates view tab.
