Changing Bookings in the Function Space Diary

You can change bookings directly from the Function Space Diary by using the following procedures:

• Assigning Category Bookings to Specific Spaces

• Deleting Out of Order and Unavailable Designations from Function Spaces

• Changing Booking Inventory Statuses

Note: Administrators can customize Siebel Hospitality to allow users to block function spaces directly from within the Function Space Diary. For this purpose, the following parameters are available in the eHospitalityObjMgr_enu.log file: Function Space Name, Property Name, and Date and Times.
