Configuring Navigation from the Function Space Diary for Open UI to the Quote and Function Views

Administrators can use Siebel Tools to configure the Function Space Diary so that users can click a blocked function in the Function Space Diary and navigate to the corresponding quote or function view.

This task is a step in Process of Configuring the Function Space Diary for Siebel Open UI.

To configure navigation from the Function Space Diary to the Quote and Function views

1. Start Siebel Tools.

2. Search for the applet that is configured for the Function Space Diary.

3. To configure the Quote view drilldown, create a new drilldown object and set the values in the following table:

   Item	Value
   Name	Enter a name, for example, Booking Drilldown.
   Hyperlink Field	Drill Down
   Source Field	Drill Down
   View	TNT SHM Quote Function Line Items View
   Business Component	Quote
   Destination Field	ID

   If you use this configuration, then the Date, Time, and Function details are carried over to the quote.

4. Define the applet user properties in the following table:

   Item	Value
   Name	Pane 2 Field xxx (where xxx can be any integer)
   Value	Quote Id,DDID
   Name	Pane 2 Item Drilldown Name
   Value	Booking Drilldown

5. To configure the Function view drilldown, create a new drilldown object and set the values in the following table:

   Item	Value
   Name	Enter a name, for example, Booking Drilldown.
   Hyperlink Field	Drill Down
   Source Field	Drill Down
   View	TNT SHM Function Line Item More Info View
   Destination Field	ID

6. Define the applet user properties in the following table:

   Item	Value
   Name	Pane 2 Field xxx (where xxx can be any integer)
   Value	Function Id,DDID
   Name	Pane 2 Item Drilldown Name
   Value	Booking Drilldown
