Reviewing the Quote Summary Negotiation Rates

You can view a list of all sleeping room negotiation rates associated with the quote. The Quote Summary Negotiation Rates list shows the negotiation rates associated with the room blocks. This list also shows the taxes and service charges that are related to negotiated rate records. This list displays information similar to information displayed in the Quotes screen, Negotiation Rates view, Room Blocks list. For more information, see Updating Negotiation Rates for a Quote.

To review the quote summary negotiation rates

1. Follow the navigation steps of Accessing the Quote Summary.

2. Scroll down to the Negotiation Rates list, and review the items in the list.

   Some fields are described in the following table.

   Field	Comments
   Weekend Revenue	Does not include taxes or service charges for items marked tax inclusive or service charge inclusive. This field is populated only for properties that are designated as weekday-weekend properties.
   Weekday Revenue	Does not include taxes or service charges for items marked tax inclusive or service charge inclusive.
   Tax	Read only. Total taxes for the weekday rate.
   Service Charge	Read only. Total service charges for the weekday rate.
   Weekend Tax	Read only. Total taxes for the weekend rate. This field is populated only for properties that are designated as weekday-weekend properties. Calculated from the following formula: Tax multiplied by weekend negotiation rate multiplied by number of contracted rooms
   Weekend Service Charge	Read only. Total service charges for the weekend rate. This field is populated only for properties that are designated as weekday-weekend properties. Calculated from the following formula: Service charge multiplied by weekend negotiation rate multiplied by number of contracted rooms
