TNT Nightly Update History Opportunity Workflow

This workflow checks for definite quotes that have been modified and updates their associated historical opportunities. The following image shows this workflow.

This workflow is started once each day through a repeating job at a specified time.

Workflow Description. This workflow performs the following actions:

1. SIA BC Utility Service. The workflow step loops through all Definite quote records and looks for quotes whose functions, room blocks, or other associated data have been modified.

2. Is Quote Exist. If quotes that meet the requirements in Step 1 are found, this decision step continues the workflow to Step 3. If quotes that meet the requirements of Step 1 are not found, this decision step ends the workflow.

3. Invoke W/F. If any of the Definite quotes have been modified, this workflow step calls the TNT Update History Opportunity Workflow, which updates the modified data in the associated historical opportunity records.
