Map Siebel Loyalty Program to CrowdTwist Loyalty Program

Although Siebel Loyalty supports multiple loyalty programs, CrowdTwist supports only one loyalty program per instance. Therefore, the administrator must set up a one-to-one program mapping between the Siebel Loyalty program and the CrowdTwist Loyalty program, taking specific note of the Siebel Loyalty program name that will be used during the integration process. This one time setup activity, shown in the following procedure, must be performed for seamless integration between CrowrdTwist and Siebel Loyalty.

To map a Siebel Loyalty Program to a CrowdTwist Loyalty Program

1. Navigate to the Administration - Application screen, then select the System Preferences view.

   Check that the default system preference values are correct for your environment. Only change values for system preferences if needed.

2. Create the system preference with the values shown in the following table.

   System Preference Name	Value	Description
   Program Id for CrowdTwist	<Program ID/ROW_ID of CrowdTwist-enabled Siebel Loyalty Program>	This system preference enables CrowdTwist integration (when set) and defines the Siebel Loyalty program for CrowdTwist. CrowdTwist integration will work only for members of this program.

3. To implement the system preferences set in step 2, restart the Siebel Application Object Manager component.
