Preinstallation Tasks

Note the following important information before you install this feature:

• Make sure that the List Import Service Manager component for the Marketing Server component group has been enabled. For more information, see Enabling Component Groups for Siebel Marketing.

• The Mktg Master DB Import Process workflow process must have been enabled. For more information, see Activating and Configuring Marketing Workflow Processes.

• You must have installed the Siebel Database Server. For more information, see Siebel Installation Guide.
