Loading a Campaign with Associated Segments
The following procedure shows how to load a campaign with associated segments.
To load a campaign with associated segments
After the desired segments are associated, navigate to Campaigns screen, Campaign List, Design, and then the Allocation view.
In the Allocation view, allocate the segment or segments to your treatments.
From the Campaign Form menu, choose Load Campaign to associate the members of the segment with the campaign.
Pick a time and date for the load request, and then click OK.
The following table describes how prospects and contacts can be used in segments associated with campaigns.
