Relaunching a Campaign Wave
The following procedure describes how to relaunch a suspended campaign wave.
To relaunch a suspended campaign wave
Navigate to the Campaigns screen.
In the Campaigns list, select a campaign to relaunch.
Click the Execute view tab.
In the Execute link bar, click Execution Status.
Locate a wave to relaunch.
Use the Wave # field to confirm that you are displaying the correct wave.
In the Wave list, select the wave record, and click Launch Wave.
Launching a suspended wave resends any email offers and vendor list files. It also causes the campaign members in the wave to reappear in the call center.
