Siebel Configurator Web Templates

As of Siebel CRM 17.0, the SIEBSRVR_ROOT\webtempl directory is not part of the Siebel Server installation and is not migrated. The Siebel Web templates are now located in the Siebel database. For more information on Siebel Web templates, see Siebel Installation Guide.
