You can request assistance if the Visutl utility reports that the record is visible on the local database.
To request assistance if the Visutl utility reports that the record is visible
Create two transactions that Siebel Remote must display in the remote client.
Start the Transaction Processor.
Start the Transaction Router with the following event settings:
GenericLog=4, Trace=4, SqlparseandExecute=4
Get help from Oracle.

The visutl.log that is located in the current folder where you run the Visutl utility.
The log files of the Transaction Processor and Transaction Router server components. For more information, see Naming Conventions for Log Files.
