Using the Client Status Diagnostics View
The Client Status Diagnostics view provides data routing information about the processors, remote clients, and regional nodes.
To use the Client Status Diagnostics view
- Log in to the Siebel Server with administrator privileges. - For more information, see Logging in to the Siebel Database as an Administrator. 
- Navigate to the Administration - Siebel Remote screen, and then the Client Diagnostics view. 
- Examine information in the Client form and the detailed form for the remote client. - For more information, see the table in Fields in the Siebel Remote Client Diagnostics Form.
