Siebel CRM comes predefined with HTML frames enabled and with a set of nonframed templates that you can use in a customer application.

A Siebel employee application requires frames. You can remove frames only in a customer application. You use the page container to remove these frames. For information about configuring a customer application that does not use frames, see Siebel eSales Administration Guide.
