Taking Ownership of a Lead (Partner Users)

This task is a step in Example Process of Managing Leads.

Complete the steps in the following procedure to take ownership of a lead.

To take ownership of a lead

  1. Sign in to Oracle CRM On Demand, review the new lead in your list of leads, and determine whether you want to own the lead.

  2. Accept or reject the lead, as follows:

    • To accept the lead, set the ownership status to Accepted.

    • To decline the lead, set the ownership status to Declined.

  3. Save the record.

  4. Follow the standard lead management process.
