Bifoga filer till poster via bilagefält

Bilagefält stöds i posttyperna för anpassade objekt och i vissa posttyper som är branschspecifika eller specifika för Oracle CRM On Demand Partner Relationship Management Edition. Med hjälp av bilagefälten kan du bifoga en enskild fil till en post. En lista över posttyper med stöd för bilagefält finns i Om bilagor.

Företagsadministratören bestämmer om bilagefälten ska vara tillgängliga i sidlayouterna för din användarroll.

When attaching files to records, the following considerations apply:

• You can upload compressed files, including .zip files.
• For data protection and security reasons, each file that you attempt to upload is checked to determine whether it is an executable file, regardless of the file extension. If a file is identified as an executable file, then you cannot upload it.
• A file name can contain any character that is supported for use in file names in Microsoft Windows.
• In the case of files that are uploaded as attachments to records through the preconfigured Attachments related information section, you cannot upload two files with the same file name as attachments to the same parent record. However, all photographs that are uploaded from mobile devices that use the iOS operating system are given the same name by the mobile device. To ensure uniqueness of file names within the set of attachments linked to a parent record, Oracle CRM On Demand appends the current timestamp to the file name of all such files. This means that if you upload the same file as an attachment more than once from a mobile device that uses the iOS operating system, then the file is added as an attachment each time that you upload it, but the file names of the attachments in Oracle CRM On Demand are different.
• Each file that you attempt to upload is scanned for viruses. If a virus is found in the file, the file is not uploaded, and a message appears.
• Uploaded files must be less than 20 MB. If you have a large file, consider the following options:
  • Compress the file to make it smaller.
  • Split the file into smaller files (and compress them if necessary).
  • Place the file on a public server and indicate the path and file name for it instead of attaching the file to the record.

Så här bifogar du en fil till en post via bilagefält

1. Klicka på gemikonen i fältet Bilaga på redigeringssidan för posten som du vill bifoga filen till:

   

2. Rulla till filen du vill bifoga och välj den.

   Obs! Om du använder en enhet med en version av iOS-operativsystemet som stöds för användning med Oracle CRM On Demand är alternativet för att ta ett fotografi eller göra en video också tillgängligt. När du har tagit fotot eller gjort videon laddas det/den automatiskt upp till Oracle CRM On Demand som en bilaga.

3. Spara ändringarna.

Obs! Beroende på hur företagsadministratören konfigurerar sidlayouten kan du eventuellt se fältet Bilaga: Filnamn och fältet Bilaga: Storlek (i byte) på sidan. Om de här fälten finns på sidan fylls de automatiskt i med filnamnet och filstorleken när du sparar posten. Du kan inte redigera fälten.

Du kan ta bort en bifogad fil från en post. När du tar bort filen tas den emellertid bort från Oracle CRM On Demand-databasen, och du kan inte återställa den från Oracle CRM On Demand.

Tips! Ladda ned filen på din lokala dator eller en annan server och spara den innan du tar bort den från posten.

Så här tar du bort en fil från en post

1. Klicka på X-ikonen bredvid fältet Bilaga på redigeringssidan för posten.
2. Bekräfta att du vill ta bort filen från posten.
