Amending a Policy

After a policy is created, it might be necessary to modify the information. This topic explains how to modify a policy.

To amend a policy

1. Navigate to the Administration - Service screen, then the Warranty Policies view.

2. Search for the policy that you want to modify.

3. In the Warranty Policies form, make the necessary modifications.

   Note: You cannot modify fields that are grayed out.
