Defining Schedule Hours
For each schedule, you set schedule hours that define the hours of availability. The schedule can also include a set of exceptions (in the Exception Name field) that you define in the All Exceptions view and the Exception Hours view. To enter the hours for a schedule, perform the following procedures:
Define the hours in which users can schedule employees for activities. For more information, see Setting Hours of Availability.
Define the hours in which users cannot schedule employees for activities. For more information, see Setting Exception Hours.
