Lookups
Look up configuration helps a customer to maps similar entities of Oracle Field Service and Siebel having different values, for example the "Service Region Id" can be treated as a "Resource Id" in Oracle Field Service.
Based on the nature of customer business, the values can be different, customer can configure these look up tables according to your business requirements and execute the same integration in OIC.
To Configure Lookup

Navigate to Home→ Integrations → Lookups in OIC.

Click the name of the Lookup you want to configure.

Click on the "+" icon to add more values.
Below table provides sample values configured in the business accelerator.
