SIS OM Profile Process

This workflow makes the current quote the active quote. It then displays the Billing Items or Service Items view for the account associated with the current quote. This workflow is shown in the following figure.

A user initiates this workflow by clicking the Profile button in the Quote Details view.

SIS OM Go to Products and Services Sub-Process Workflow. In this image of a workflow, Account Type? is a decision point followed by Billing or Service. If Billing, Products and Services View (Billing). If Service, Products and Services View (Service)

Workflow Description

This workflow does the following:

  1. Displays an error message and stops if the quote header does not specify an account.

  2. Sets the current quote as the active quote.

  3. Displays the Service Items view.
