As of Siebel CRM 21.3, a new Siebel component parameter, Oracle Degree of Parallelism (alias OraDegreeOfParallelism), has been added, which allows setting the degree of parallelism for Siebel Web Tools or Siebel Tools when used with an Oracle Database.
