Contacts Process Workflow
The following image illustrates the end-user workflow for working with contacts, and it includes the following steps:
Create a contact.
Enter the contact address.
Associate categories for the contact.
Create a relationship between contacts.
Associate a vehicle with a contact.
View the service history and sales history.
Set up contact-related Opportunities.
Set up contact-related Activities.
Associate the Contact with an Account.
You go to the Siebel Automotive Contacts screen to carry out each of these tasks.
