Contacts Process Workflow

The following image illustrates the end-user workflow for working with contacts, and it includes the following steps:

  1. Create a contact.

  2. Enter the contact address.

  3. Associate categories for the contact.

    • Create a relationship between contacts.

    • Associate a vehicle with a contact.

  4. View the service history and sales history.

    • Set up contact-related Opportunities.

    • Set up contact-related Activities.

    • Associate the Contact with an Account.

You go to the Siebel Automotive Contacts screen to carry out each of these tasks.
