Quotes Process Workflow

The following image illustrates the end-user workflow for working with quotes, and it includes the following steps:

1. Create an Opportunity, then:

   • Add a Product.

   • Generate Quote with Auto Quote.

2. Alternatively, add a Quote, then Associate an Opportunity.

3. Verify/Add Price List, then:

   • Add/Maintain Line Item, or

   • Configure Solution.

4. Update Opportunity.

5. Allocate Vehicle.
