Accessing Price Comparisons (End User)

The Price Comparison feature can be made available through the following applications:

  • Siebel Energy generates the report data as a background task. An email notification is sent to the user when the report is generated. allows end users, usually customer service representatives at a call center, to access the Price Comparison feature through the Opportunities screen.   • Siebel eSales allows prospective or existing customers to access the Price Comparison feature over the Web. For more information, see Siebel eSales Administration Guide.
