Search Use Case for Siebel Field Service to Oracle Fusion Knowledge Management

You can navigate to the Service Request screen to work on the SR assigned to you. You will see a button Search Knowledge highlighted which will allow you to initiate a search based on the fields of Service Request (Area, Sub-Area and Summary) and uses semantic search in Oracle Fusion Knowledge Management. The search text would be concatenation of these values with spaces in between. These fields can be configured based on your business needs.

Siebel User Interface will show the result of the search with the title of the article and excerpt.

Search can be done based on allowed status of SR as configured by administrators.
