Use this user property to enable or disable the Validate Allocation method.

Usage	Enables or disables the Validate Allocation method. The first part of the value indicates the method name, and the second part of the value indicates a condition for enabling or disabling. By default, the condition indicates that a record must exist. This user property is applicable only for those business components that are based on the CSSBCSHMQuoteItem class.
