Usage	Defines the time scales for which there is insufficient space to display more than two icons in the same column header. In this case, C++ code adjusts the space. Currently there is insufficient space for two time scales (Week/Day and Week/Day/Day Part) when there are more than two icons in the same column header. The values 1 and 128 represent LIC values for Week/Day and Week/Day/Day Part respectively.
