With Tentative/Without Tentative Button

The With Tentative/Without Tentative button switches the display to show or exclude records with a tentative status (T1, T2).

To review total group availability

  1. Navigate to the Property screen.

  2. In the Properties list, query for the property record.

  3. In the Property record, click the link in the Property Name field.

  4. Click the Total Group Availability view tab.

  5. (Optional) Enter a date, and click Search.

    Note: Users can also use the paging buttons to move forward and backward one week or one day at a time.
