Reverting to the Old Intelligent Advisor Integration Approach

As of Siebel CRM 22.4 Update, the new simpler embedded interview approach described in this chapter is enabled by default for Intelligent Advisor interviews, for sample rulebases in Siebel Public Sector Self Service. If you want to revert to the old integration approach for Intelligent Advisor interviews (which was introduced in Siebel CRM 15.5), then you can do so for the sample rulebases by modifying a business component property as described in this topic. You can also switch back to the new method by reversing these changes.

Reverting to the Old Approach for Sample Rulebases: PUB Application Business Component

The following table shows the Named Method user property value to change on the PUB Application business component to revert to the old approach for integrating Intelligent Advisor interviews for sample rulebases. To revert to the old approach, change the Named Method user property value back to the value for the old approach.
