Object Types That Enterprise Integration Manager Uses

The following image shows the objects and relationships that EIM uses, which are as follows:

• Tables: There is a 1:M relationship (through object hierarchy) between:

  1. Table and each of the following: User Key, Column, Index.

  2. User Key and each of the following: User Key Attribute, User Key Column.

  3. User Key Attribute and User Key Attribute Join.

• EIM Interface Tables: There is a 1:M relationship (through object hierarchy) between:

  1. EIM Interface Table and each of the following: EIM Interface Table Column, EIM Table Mapping, Interface Table User Key Usage.

  2. EIM Table Mapping and each of the following: Attribute Mapping, Foreign Key Mapping.

  3. Foreign Key Mapping and Foreign Key Mapping Column.
