Closing Service Requests
After you complete all of the work associated with a service request, you can close the service request.
Note: After closing a service request, the record is read-only. You
must change the status of a service request back to Open before you
can change the record.
To close a service request
- Navigate to the Service screen, then the Service Request List view. 
- Select the service request you want to close, then in the Status field, select Closed. - The Substatus field changes to Resolved, and the date and time in the Closed field is set to the current date and time.
