Creating a Call List Based on Account Criteria

Use the following procedure to create a call list based on account criteria.

To create a call list based on account criteria

  1. Navigate to the Financial Accounts screen, and then the Financial Account List view.

  2. In the Financial Accounts list, drill down on the account.

  3. Click the Activities view tab.

  4. In the Activities list, add a record, and complete the necessary fields described in the following table.

    Field Comments

    New

    Indicates a new activity.

    Type

    Default value is Other. Select alternate value to categorize the type of activity.
