Creating the Product Catalog

The following procedure details how to create a product catalog.

To create a product catalog

1. Navigate to the Administration - Product screen, then the Product Catalog list.

2. In the Product Catalog list, create a new record and complete the necessary fields.

   Some fields are described in the following table.

   Field	Comments
   Name	The name of the new catalog.
   Description	A description of the catalog.
   Effective Start Date, Effective End Date	The date range between which the catalog is effective.
   Private	Select this check box if you want the catalog to be visible only to users belonging to the access groups associated with it. If the catalog is private, all of its categories will also be private.
   Active	Select this check box if the category is active.
   Sequence	The sequence of this catalog in the list.
