Deleting Calls in the Call Planning Screens

Sales representatives can use the Call Planning screens to delete calls. A sales representative can quickly and easily update this information in a weekly view for multiple accounts.

Note: The following procedure shows you how to delete a call in the Accounts Contacts Call Planning view, but the procedure is similar when using the Account Call Planning or Contact Call Planning view.

To delete a call

  1. Navigate to the Calendar screen, then the Accounts Contacts Call Planning screen.

  2. Select the calls that you want to delete.

  3. Delete the records.
