Member Enrollment in Siebel Loyalty (Part I)

The following procedure shows how to enroll the member Andy Cole in a loyalty program and then verify that the member has been created in CrowdTwist.

To enroll a member in a loyalty program

1. Navigate to the Loyalty Members screen and create a new member with the details shown in the following table.

   Field	Value
   Member Number	296-180296399 This value is automatically generated.
   Program Enrollment	High Miles
   Member Name	Andy Cole
   Contact First Name	Andy
   Contact Last Name	Cole

2. Save the record and take note of the unique Member Number (296-180296399), which is automatically generated when you create a new member.

3. To verify that the member Andy Cole is also created in CrowdTwist:

   1. Copy Andy Cole's Member Number (296-180296399) in Siebel Loyalty.

   2. Log in to the CrowdTwist Control Center application and go to the Member Care screen.

   3. Search the Third Party ID field option for the member number you copied in step a.

   4. Drill down on the (Andy Cole) record returned to open and view the member information.
