Associating a Loyalty Program with a Marketing Plan

The following procedure shows how to associate a loyalty program with a marketing plan.

To associate a loyalty program with a marketing plan

  1. Navigate to the Marketing Plans screen.

  2. Click a marketing plan.

    The Plan Tactics view tab appears.

  3. Click the Plan Details tab.

  4. In the Marketing Plan Details form, select a Loyalty program in the Loyalty program field.
