Configuring Multiple Customizable Products

The New View: Configuring Multiple CPs enhances user experience, making it easier for users to view and customize multiple Customizable Products or components of a bundle promotion. The Explorer View allows sales representatives to switch back and forth when configuring multiple customizable products during an order capture process.

Note: Existing customers have to apply repository updates to avail the feature.

To configure multiple customizable products

New Provide Scenario

1. Navigate to the Quote or Sales Order view.

2. Create a new document (quote or sales order).

3. Add Line Items to the document, either Customizable Products or bundle promotion.

4. Click Build in the document header .

5. You can also multi-select Line Items and Click Customize to open the Parallel Configurator view.

Edit Promotion Scenario

Sales reps can edit bundle promotion from line items by clicking Edit Promotion or from catalog view. Refer to OrderManagment Guide Addendum for Communications for Editing a bundle promotion for more details.

In the Edit Promotion view, agent can click on Build button to open the Explorer view to configure the bundle promotion and the CPs within the bundle promotion.
