Setting Up Embedded EDQ Access

To set up embedded EDQ access in Oracle Customer Hub (UCM), you must specify the symbolic URL.

To set up embedded EDQ access

1. Navigate to the Administration - Integration screen, then the WI Symbolic URL List and the Symbolic URL Administration view.

2. Find the Symbolic URL with Name field value = "UCM EDQ Access Applet."

3. Change the URL field value from "<CHANGEME to correct EDQ Server pathname>" to the actual EDQ server pathname.

   For example, you might change it to http://slc04ovr.us.oracle.com:9002/dndirector, if this is the pathname of your EDQ server.
