About API based Integration

The API-based integration provides the option to call different Generative AI endpoints The APIs can be invoked using external clients like Postman or from any Siebel interface layer (For Example: Siebel UI).

The API request includes “provider” and “model” as parameters. In addition to this, other configuration parameters that are required vary depending on the model provider and the chosen LLM.
