Siebel Open UI provides a single framework to meet the needs that are associated with a variety of use cases for Siebel CRM. You can deploy Siebel Open UI for all current Siebel CRM applications, whether employee applications, customer applications, or partner applications.

In an upgrade or migration case, existing applications that were deployed in high interactivity or standard interactivity for your prior release convert automatically to Siebel Open UI.
