MS Quote Submit Cancelled Line Item Workflow

This workflow queries for the cancelled order line items from the decomposition process and submits these order line items to the order-provisioning system. The Submit MS Quote SubProcess workflow calls this workflow.

Workflow Description

This workflow performs the following actions:

  1. Query Cancelled Order. This step queries for the order line items that are cancelled.

  2. Remove Blank Order from payload. This step removes any blank orders that are obtained from the payload.

  3. Testing Mode. This step uses the Enable AIA Testing system preference to determine whether the testing mode applies.

  4. Write to file. This step writes the payload to an XML file when the testing mode applies.
