Applying a Discount Price to Room Block Line Items

In room block line items for a quote, you can specify a discount price. If you enter a discount price, you cannot enter a discount percentage or a discount amount. The Discount Price, Discount %, and Discount Amount fields are mutually exclusive.

To apply a discount price to a room block line item

1. Navigate to the Quotes screen, then the List view.

2. In the Quotes list, query for and select the required quote record.

3. Click the link in the Name field, and then click the Room Blocks tab.

4. Scroll down to the Room Block Line Items tab, and select the required room block line item.

5. Enter an appropriate price in the Discount Price field.

   This discount price becomes the new price for the line item, and is rolled up to the revenue estimates.
