Creating a Relationship Assessment Rule
You can optionally create a relationship assessment rule that allows the relative of a member to automatically receive a new tier whenever the member attains a specific tier.
The relationship between members can exist at the contact level before the referral enrollment or can be created during the referral enrollment.
To create a relationship assessment rule
Navigate to the Loyalty Promotions Administration screen and click the Promotion Number (#) field of the tier promotion.
Click the Actions view tab.
Add a new record in the Actions list, and complete the necessary fields in the Actions list and form, as shown in the following table. This action is the same action as the previous rule.

Select the relationship type.

Select the new Tier.
