Viewing Loyalty Members’ Next Tier Assessment Details

For Anniversary and Fixed Date based tier assessment models, you can view information about the next tier that members can upgrade to in the Next Tier Assessment Detail applet. Note that no information will appear in the Next Tier Assessment Detail applet:

  • For Rolling Period based tier assessments or Tier Promotions without tier assessments.

  • When a member reaches the highest tier in a tier class.

To view a member’s next tier assessment details

  1. Navigate to the Loyalty Members screen.

  2. In the Members list, select the member and click its Member Number (#) hyperlink.

  3. Click the Active Tiers view tab. This view provides the following information:

    • Information about the current tier, some of which is shown in the following table, that the selected user is on.

      Name of the next (higher) tier to which the member can move.

      Point Type

      Regular

      Type of points scheme.

      Next Tier Qualifying Points

      120,000

      Number of qualifying points required for the higher tier.

      Present Qualifying Points

      61,000

      Number of qualifying points the member is on.

      Qualifying Points to Upgrade

      59,000

      Number of qualifying points the member needs to upgrade to the higher tier.

      Until Date

      09/26/2022 23:59:59

      The qualifying end date.
