Creating SSO Name Using the Interview Service URL

To configure the Intelligent Advisor with Siebel Public Sector Self Service, you must create an SSO name using the Interview Service URL.

To create an SSO name using the Interview Service URL

  1. In Siebel Public Sector, navigate to the Administration - Integration screen, then the SSO Systems Admin List view.

  2. Create a new record, and complete the fields described in the following table.

    Field Comments

    System Name

    Type the system name (for example, OPA_INT).

    Symbolic URL Name

    Select the symbolic URL that you created in Step 1 in Configuring Intelligent Advisor Interview Service URL in Siebel CRM.
