Siebel Web Services Architecture

The following image displays the basic architecture for Siebel Web services.

Siebel Web Services Architecture. In this image, Web Server has Inbound (Provider) and Outbound (Consumer). Siebel Web Client is connected by two-way arrow to Web Server. External Client is connected by two-way arrow (SOAP XML) to Web Server (Inbound). Legacy System is connected by two-way arrow (SOAP XML) to Web Server (Outbound). Inbound and Outbound are connected by curly bracket to SWSE. Web Server is connected to Siebel Server. Siebel Server has Application Object Manager SCCOObjMgr_ENU, CFG, SRF, and Tools Objects. Application Object Manager is connected to CFG and SRF. SRF is connected to Tools Objects. Siebel Server and its components are connected by curly bracket to Enterprise.
