Assigning a Claim to an SIU

Use the following procedure to assign a claim to an SIU.

To assign a claim to an SIU

1. Navigate to the MyClaims screen.

2. Drill down on a claim.

3. Select a record, and click the Notify SIU button.

   The claim is assigned to the SIU.
