PUB Archive Process Workflow

This workflow creates an XML snapshot file for the evidence record of an appeal case. This snapshot file is located in the Attachments view of the Evidence view for the appeal case, and contains the field values for the original case, for the active benefit plans that are associated with that case, and for the benefits that are associated with those benefit plans. The following image shows this workflow.

Workflow Description

This workflow performs the following actions:

  1. Archive XML. This step receives the name of the integration object and the required search specifications, queries this information, and stores the result as a Siebel Message. This step uses the EAI Query method.

  2. Attach File. This step creates an XML snapshot file for the business component record and populates the fields in that record.
