Creating an Auto Search Profile
Use the following procedure to create an auto search profile.
To create an auto search profile
Navigate to the Administration - Smart Answer screen, choose Smart Answer Profiles view.
Select New, and then complete the Auto Search Profile Settings.
The following table lists the required fields you must complete.
Catalog Name Knowledge Base Name Business Component
The business component name from which you want to receive information.
Business Object
The business object name from which you want to receive information.
