Associating Solutions with Categories
Next, associate a solution with a category. You identify these solutions during the planning process. For more information, see Business Analysis for Deployment of Siebel Email Response.
To associate a solution with a category
- Navigate to the Administration - Catalog screen, then the Catalog Administration view. 
- In the Catalogs list, select the appropriate catalog, and click the link in the Name field. 
- Select the category with which you want to associate a solution. 
- In the Categories form, click the drop-down arrow to find the Solutions view. 
- In the Solution list, create a new record. 
- In the Add Solutions dialog box, scroll to find and select one or more solutions that you want to associate with the category. 
- Click OK. - The Solutions list shows the solutions that you select to associate with the category. 
Repeat these three procedures for each category that you create during the planning process.
